initial assessment to comprehensive mold remediation

Inspection
When you contact us for the potential presence of mold we know that time is of the essence. We can usually schedule your mold inspection within 2 working days from our initial contact. Our inspection process is thorough and you do not have to be present during this process, all we require is access to your home. During the inspection we go to all accessible areas of your home and look for visible signs of mold as well as any current or previous moisture intrusions. We will take temperature, relative humidity, dew point, and moisture content reading in these areas. All our inspection methods are non-destructive and we do not leave anything behind. The inspection process normally takes between 1-2 hours in your home.
The cost for an Inspection is $175.00

Inspection + Testing
If you would like more comprehensive insight into the type of mold that we discover, the Inspection plus Testing service is the right fit for you. This service includes all the comprehensive steps included during an Inspection with the added benefit of lab testing your mold. We take (1) indoor and (1) outdoor air sample which are sent to a lab for independent analysis.
In 2-3 days comprehensive results provide the species and quantities of mold present in and around your home or business allowing you to move forward with the peace of mind that our complete mold remediation will provide.
The sample process:
- An outdoor air sample is used as a control sample
- The indoor air sample is representative of an area of approximately 1000-1500 sq. ft. of living space. Additional area air samples can be ordered for a separate fee.
The cost for an Inspection + Testing is $375.00
The cost for each additional
indoor air sample for another area of living space is $100.00

Mold Remediation
During the remediation process we strive to keep you accurately informed. We follow the most recently adopted processes for mold remediation, the S520 standard that was developed by the nations leading professionals in the field of mold.
We can develop a protocol to follow during the remediation process or you can employ the services of an industrial hygienist (IH) to develop a protocol for us to follow. Any deviations from the protocol are discussed with you prior to this happening. We own and maintain all our equipment used in the remediation process. This assures that the equipment is meticulously cleaned by our employees after every remediation project to be sure that we do not bring any contaminants from previous jobs into your home.
Before we begin any remediation project, we will contain the affected area using accepted methods for containment. This keeps the rest of your home from being cross contaminated and we make every effort to maintain this throughout the remediation process. After containment is established, we will place the contained area under negative pressure using a negative air machine. The area will stay under negative pressure until remediation is complete.

FREE ESTIMATE
This is a visit to give an estimate for mold remediation services for a specific area of concern. This visit is not an inspection. It is an assessment to determine next steps for a mold remediation plan.
If mold is not present (congrats!) a Service Call Visit fee for $150.00 will apply
